Out Of Context

Out Of Context is a shell context-menu extension for Win95/98/NT. It contains a lot of very common operations and quite a few that are not so common. The purpose of them all is to make you more productive in the Win95/98/NT environment.

You are offered a selection of more than 75 items that you can position wherever you want in the menu.

Note that you can set up 3 separate menus depending on if you hold down the shift-key, control-key, or no key at all when you right-click an object. This allows you to fine-tune each menu for certain operations.

All functions are configured in an easy drag & drop explorer like interface. Rename items. Create submenus. Put in separators for clarity.

One of the main features of Out Of Context is it's configurable Open In item. This lets you customize what programs you want to open a certain file-type in.
